# tNotice

> tNotice is Italy's first qualified electronic delivery service (SERC/SERCQ), operated by inPoste.it S.p.A. It provides certified and legally-binding digital communications compliant with eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014. The service is qualified by AgID (Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale) and listed in the EU Trusted List. tNotice replaces registered mail with a digital-native alternative that certifies sender, recipient, content, timestamps, and delivery.

tNotice operates at https://www.tnotice.com. The web app for sending is at https://app.tnotice.com. This site is primarily in Italian; an English version is available under /en/.

- [tNoticeQ](/servizi/tnoticeq): qualified electronic registered delivery service (SERCQ) under eIDAS art. 44. Requires identification of both sender and recipient via SPID or CIE. Highest legal evidentiary value. Valid across the EU. The only tNotice service listed in the EU Trusted List as SERCQ.
- tNotice CPF (described on /servizi): certified electronic registered delivery service (SERC) in the eIDAS art. 43 framework. Produces a Certificato Postale Forense: a forensic postal certificate attesting sender, recipient, delivery log, and SHA fingerprints of transmitted files.
- tNotice Easy (described on /servizi): lightweight certified send (SERC) with proof of dispatch. Lower cost; no content certification.
- tNotice FES (described on /servizi): integrated simple electronic signature add-on. Delivers a document, collects a signature via OTP, and returns the signed document to the sender.
